Architecture Photographs

Architecture, construction, interior design

Who are the photos for?

Representative photographs of interiors and exteriors can attract new guests, business partners, investors, sponsors or even solvent buyers or renters.

Photographs are primarily intended for the promotion of hotels and resorts, development projects, businesses, offices or manufacturing facilities. Our services are used by architects, interior designers, developers and other professionals in the fields of architecture, construction and design, especially when they want to present their work in the best light.

Where to go with the new look

In marketing, such photos are used through websites, billboards, flyers, booklets and, last but not least, to promote business on social media. Despite the boom in 3D visualisation, classic photography still has its irreplaceable place.

Don't compromise

A quality visual presentation is an important investment with a quick return on investment and therefore should not be skimped on. Think of how you choose a hotel for your holiday. According to a Redfin study, services and properties presented online using professional photography sell significantly faster and for a higher price than those with a poor visual presentation. The lifespan of photos is usually 3-5 years and depends on the frequency of refreshing the interior or surroundings.

To achieve the right atmosphere, we take photos during the day and night. At some parts of the day, we only have a window of a few minutes to take the desired shot. The time of day is a simple identifying feature. Below is a basic overview.

We supply the following types of photos as standard

But to keep it simple, we divide them by time of day. Because everyone prefers something different, it's a simple sign.

Daytime photos

are simply those photos that were taken during the day, in full light. We are able to take most of these photos in a day (about 10-12) because there is enough time to complete them.

Photographing indoors in bad weather is not an obstacle. Daytime photographs are useful where the interior is less well lit.

Modern design stands out the most in this type of photo.

Golden Hour

The golden hour is a short period of time, after sunrise or before sunset, with a specific level of illumination. The light is slightly warmer and softer than during the day, therefore creating a pleasant atmosphere. Indoors, this light does not play a big role, so it is used exclusively for exteriors. It is necessary to perfectly plan the shooting time, angles and prepare the technique. We are always on location in advance, ready for the right light.

Night photography - perspective

Similarly to the golden hour, we have very little time when shooting the so-called ‘'Blue hour’'. The disadvantage of this late west/early east photo is the even shorter shooting window. Both interior and exterior can be photographed in this light. In interior photography it is one of the most difficult and also the most expensive. For luxury interior photography, this is the best light for the opening photo.

If all goes well, we can do two in a day. One before sunrise, one after sunset.

In professional circles, these are called hero shots. You'll be intrigued and absorbed. For social media marketing, it's the best choice. When shooting interiors, this type of photography requires a bravura mastery of the light painting method.

Night photography

This type of photography is useful in several cases. It is mostly used in rooms in the style of art deco, noveau, etc. The rich texture of the furniture stands out from the background and looks soft and even fairy-tale-like to the eye.

The second case where we reach for night photography is when minor imperfections in the interior can be tastefully covered up. In shots with a view, the contrast of the cool colours outside and the warm interior evokes a pleasant domestic feeling.

Technically, these photographs are quite complex and we can take significantly fewer of them than daytime photographs.
